AI
how I use artificial intelligence.
I do
- Use Claude as my default tool for learning and research. I prefer having a conversation over digging through search results.
- Generate ideas, test hypotheses, and investigate bugs at work. It’s excellent for rubber-ducking — explaining a problem out loud (well, in text) often makes the missing piece obvious.
I don’t
- Let AI write as me. No blog posts, messages, emails, or comments. If my name is on it, I wrote it. AI can help me clarify ideas, but the words are mine.
- Use it as a substitute for actually coding. I enjoy the craft and not just the outcome.
